Dear Friends,

I am proud to be an active volunteer, office holder and business owner. I have been a Professional Engineer for 35 years and owned my own Engineering, Land Surveying and Architectual firm for 25 years.  After four years as Pueblo’s State Representative, I am proud to have been Colorado District’s State Senator for 8 years and currently the Director of the Colorado Lottery. Thanks for visiting my site. This will be my attempt to memorialize key events in my personal, professional and political life.

All my life I have benefited from the many opportunities that Colorado has provided. It has been my privilege to be your representative at the Colorado Assembly. In my political career, my priorities have been in education, business affairs and budget. Every year I carried Legislation that reflected these priorities.
